At PIL, we firmly believe that good governance is essential for ensuring accountability and long-term success.
While we are committed to pushing boundaries and challenging the status quo to fulfil our corporate purpose, we do so with integrity and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Our Board of Directors is responsible for providing strategic guidance and overall oversight of PIL’s operations. The Board and its Committees ensure proper stewardship of the Group by implementing a framework of sound corporate governance.
